The stretches look soo easy to do but when u are actually doing them it feels soo impossible to do! I need to get soo flexible before my next testing cause I don’t know if he’s going to have me do a front hand spring again! If he is I want to be ready & show him that I can actually do a full one not just flipping & landing on my butt! But i need to start to set up my stretching schedule & everything!! I got a couple stretches in mind to help me with the spin kick but i do need some other ones that will keep me flexible too! One thing that i want to achieve is to be able to do a full split & a Chinese split! Even though i really doesn't help in martial arts i just want to be able to do it. I guess i should have a rotating stretching schedule like one day do some stretches for the spin kick next day do stretches for the splits. What do u think?
