SO I have started to pick out some stretches to do in my plan to help me achieve my goals.
My 1st goal is to be able to do a full side splits ( right & left) by next summer June 1st of 2011!!
My 2nd goal is to be able to do a full or a half way down Chinese split by Jan. 2012

The Beginning
So one day I was on barns & noble website and I found this book called ultimate flexibility a complete guide to stretching for martial arts. Vie been in martial arts for about 9 months. I’m not that flexible but I need to be in order to do all the gymnastic moves as well as grappling !! So what a prefect time to find this book & start reading it as well as following what it suggest I myself to do. In fact this is one of the reasons why I started this blog. In the book it suggest to start a journal so what a better way to share my progress & thoughts about stretching & flexibility plus gymnastic moves that I would have to do in the future in Kuk Sool Won like an aerial cartwheel!!!
